We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however if the order has not yet been dispatched, we can attempt to process a refund so you can place a new order with the correct items. If you notice an issue please contact us immediately as there is only a small window between the time your order is placed and dispatched.

Handmade products are generally softer and more gentle on the skin, and are free from irritants like hardeners, detergents and synthetic agents found in commercial products. Not only that, but you'll also be supporting a small business and receiving a unique, handcrafted item. It doesn't get much better than that! 

Simply scoop out the desired amount of whipped soap with your fingers or a spoon. We fully encourage you to go big or go home when it comes to your scoops, but a little goes a long way. 

We suggest using a loofah or sponge to lather your whipped soap, or apply a thin layer directly to the skin to use for shaving.
